Hi! My name is Lea Arnold and I want to welcome you to Shreveport Organics.
I began this CO-OP after moving back to Shreveport and realized that buying organic was going to be a challenge. I started searching for the most time effective and economical way to feed my family. My husband and I agreed that there wasn't a great one stop shop around here, and if I didn't want to spend several days shopping all over Shreveport, I needed a better solution.
The majority of the produce is from USA (with exceptions to items not available here). In the spring and summer we work hard to find farmers who can promise organic, pesticide free produce. When that is possible, we always pick local.
